Terian Solutions is and always has been dedicated to growing our business through a channel of the most highly qualified Resellers. To that end, we have developed a Reseller program that offers extensive benefits to our channel partners every step of the way - from pre-sales consultation to post sales support and beyond.
Resellers ask us all the time, "Why should I buy from you when I can build it myself?" Let's face it, basic computers are very easy to build today. All you need is the proper procedures and equipment, and you can create a quality product. However, beyond being just a system builder, Terian Solutions is primarily a logistics and support company. We understand the technology and industry trends; however, our primary function is the service and support of our customers. We systematically build computers, exchanged parts, dispatch technicians, and mange the warranty inventory necessary to support the products we sell.
Another comment we hear from "build it yourself" Resellers is: "The manufacturer warranties covers all the components - I am not worried about a system warranty." However, our reseller warranty adds value above and beyond any standard component warranty because it is an advanced replacement agreement. That means we ship you the products before the defective parts are returned. In other words, we accept and manage the risk for your warranted components. We are able to do this because we spread the component risk over a large customer base.
Some Resellers say, "I would rather just send my customers to a Tier 1 vendor and not mess with hardware myself." However, the truth of the matter is that you usually do end up supporting the hardware yourself, even though you recognized no profit from the sale of the computers. At Terian Solutions, we will work with you from the very beginning to be sure that your application, OS, and/or services will be a good fit with our hardware. And when your installation is complete, we will be available to help you support the entire system, not just our hardware portion of the offering. The end result is that as a Terian Reseller, you make more money and get more support for all of your products. Additionally, Terian will make every effort to not compete with our Resellers in selling directly to end customers so that you can protect your profits and maintain your support advantage.
Reseller Program benefits
Dedicated Sales Representative
As a Terian Solutions reseller you will have a dedicated sales representative that will be your single point of contact for all aspects of our relationship. Each sales representative is part of a sales team; if you are unable to reach your primary sales representative you will have a secondary contact that has access to all your customer information. This provides you guaranteed access to a representative that is knowledgeable about your account.
Priority support treatment
Resellers are assigned a trained and qualified technician. That technician will understand your systems and work quickly to diagnose and solve any issue you have.
Custom support and service programs
Every reseller has certain unique requirements that are important to their customers. We do not force fit resellers into a "one size fits all" program. We will work with you to develop and implement a program that fits your business needs whether you require a whole unit replacement program, specific custom integration or specific quick ship inventory with extended cut off times. Priority order scheduling
Our production scheduling systems and procedures are designed to meet or beat customer commitments. We understand that you make commitments to your clients based on the information we give you and that rescheduling is a costly option. While we strive to meet all of our customer obligations, we recognize that certain variables are out of our control. If we determine we will not meet a delivery date we will communicate that to you as early as possible.
Direct component and peripheral exchange
Resellers have the option to go directly to the manufacturer for replacements parts or they can use us to facilitate the return process.

Resellers receive additional discounts on orders. Please contact a Terian account representative for more information.
Custom engineering to fit your needs:
If your application requires specific components and brands an engineering technician will be assigned to your account and that technician will work with you to assure your special requirements are met. More importantly we will not substitute "like" products without your prior approval.
Blind Drop-ship is available:
You can order from us and we will ship it directly to your customer. The package will not identify Terian Solutions as the supplier.
Quick handling of returns and replacements
Many companies will be available during the sale, but nearly unreachable when it comes to RMA request, regardless of who is at fault. Your dedicated sales representative will work with you directly to ensure efficient processing of returns and replacement orders.
Technology updates
Terian Solutions always ensures that our Resellers are made aware of the latest technology trends and how their customers can benefit from the newest and best advancements. Your dedicated sales representative is always available to discuss the best ways to incorporate new technologies into your offering.
