Who is Terian Solutions?
Terian custom computer systems have been delivered to exact customer specification since 1992. The very first Terian custom computers were built to run mission critical applications on UNIX operating systems and were deployed in high availability environments. The nature of these deployments required an extremely sophisticated integration process and customer service philosophy. It also required us to develop an advanced support infrastructure and problem resolutions methodology to react quickly and effectively to support issues. Since every situation is unique we began creating specific service plans to fit each customer's needs.
While maintaining our high quality integration procedures and our efficient support policies we have expanded our staff and expertise to provide the same high level of service in both the Windows and Linux operating environments. How do I know my computer will arrive on time?
Our information system is specifically designed around the customer commitment date. Our internal processes are driven to meet or beat this commitment. The Terian Solutions sales representative will work with you to define a reasonable delivery window, and our operational infrastructure will go into effect as soon as an order is placed to deliver within that time frame. Additionally, the Terian Solutions information system is designed to keep the customer informed of the process from order entry to shipping.
How do I know my computer will arrive as ordered in working condition?
Terian Solutions executes a documented Quality Assurance Program that assures all custom computers are configured to the exact specifications of our customers. This program is specifically designed to deliver mission critical servers with a zero defect goal. Highlights of our QA process are outlined below:
- 200-point internal system analysis assures all components used in your mission critical server are working properly.
- 72-point QA program guarantees your mission critical server or custom computer will arrive configured to your exact specifications.
- Advanced server testing software simulates a high throughput production environment and further eliminates last minute system quality issues and delivery delays.

Terian Solutions is a full service hardware and software integrator. Our unique understanding of the relationship between the various operating systems (Linux, UNIX and Windows) and hardware makes us a leading choice for mission critical servers. - Loading the operating systems to the customer's exact specifications, along with installing all critical updates, service packs, patches, and drivers.
- Building and configuring RAID 0,1,5,0+1, 10
- Bundling advanced installation kits, which reduces the purchasing burden placed on clients.
- Executing application Gold Disk programs.

Why buy from you when I can build it myself?
Our goal at Terian Solutions is to build and ship your custom computer to you for less than it cost you to buy the components and build it yourself. We use top ranked, name brand components and execute a detailed quality assurance program for every system before it goes out. Having Terian Solutions custom build your systems frees you from worries regarding your mission critical servers and allows you more time to focus on your core business.
Are net terms available?
Terian Solutions uses a third party finance company for Net Term Purchases and they will evaluate your company for Net 20 Term Purchases and assign a credit limit. Net Term Purchases may not be paid by Credit Card without a surcharge. Any late payment is subject to a 1% late fee for any part of each ten-day period a payment is late.
What Discounts or Rebates do you offer?
These Programs are subject to change.
Dealers will receive a 2% discount for purchases by ACH. (Electronic Check). This will be reflected in your dealer cost if you process the order by ACH online. This does not apply to payment of any other term order by ACH.
