Support Procedures

If you have an issue that requires support, you must first sign-in to our web site and then complete the appropriate support request form. We will normally reply within four hours of receiving your request (Monday-Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm USA Central). Standard requests will be automatically assigned to one of our support engineers. Your assigned engineer will contact you and will be your main point of contact throughout the support process.

For hardware related issues the engineer will ask you a few specific questions to isolate the problem, and determine if we should ship the required part(s) or have the system returned to our depot for repairs. If we ship out the required part, your assigned engineer will walk you through installing it over the phone. You will also receive specific instructions on how to return the original part(s).

Please do not ship your computer or parts until you receive a Warranty Return Authorization number and complete shipping instructions. Unauthorized returns will be refused.

Customer Satisfaction Policy

We want you to purchase with confidence. Our computers and services are backed by a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your computer or one of our services, Terian will provide you a full refund. You must contact Terian with 30 days, and we only ask that if it is appliable you pay for the return freight. Simply call 800-876-8649 to speak with a customer service representative. Your request will be processed within one business day.

Do not ship your computer until you receive a return authorization number and complete shipping instructions. Systems returned without authorization will be refused. Certain limitations apply.

Limited Warranty Information for Custom Built Computers

Terian Solutions custom built computer are covered by a standard two year parts and labor limited warranty. In addition to our warranty, Terian Solutions passes all manufacturer warranties on to the end user. Some components have manufacturer warranties that go up to 5 years and beyond.

We are committed to your satisfaction and will assist you in troubleshooting issues with our custom built computers as long as it is in service. On-site and extended warranties are available and are subject to specific terms and conditions.

Customer Satisfaction Limitations

Offer only valid in the continental United States. The harware related returns must be in "like new" condition and must be complete with all original documentation, components, and original packaging, etc. Hardware components must be free from damage or wear. Satisfaction return privilege does not apply to laptops, Itanium servers, Blade servers, certain special order items or multiple unit orders.

Components and Software Information

Components purchased through Terian Solutions carry the full manufacturer warranty. You may contact the manufacturer directly for warranty support or sign-in to our website and fill out the Warranty Request Form or call 800-876-8649 ext. 8537. Upon receipt of your request it will be processed in one business day.
